Computer Software Professional – Business Analyst

Duties include analyze business requirements, system requirements and data mapping requirement specifications. Provide business process analysis and business blueprints. Work with management team to develop business cases, requirements and priorities. Prepare timelines for the development of testing strategies, testing activities and release delivery schedules. Collect, understand and transmit business requirements into functional specifications. Create data mapping specifications to create and execute systems test plans. Analyze, customize and implement applications. Position requires min Master’s degree or equiv. degree in computer science/applications, business administration, information technology (IT), engineering, commerce, science, technology management, computer/management information systems (MIS), mathematics, electrical/electronics or related field & knowledge in Bizapp, Snagit, Araxis Merge, GostScrip, Balsamiq, iRise, MS Visio, UML, Visual Source Safe, SVN, Team Foundation Server, HTML, XML, WSEM, Figma, Invision, SAS, Wiki markup tool with SQL Server, MangoDB, Windows and Unix. Proof of knowledge required. Work Place: Middleton, WI and/or any unanticipated locations in the U.S. Must be willing to travel or relocate nationwide. 40 hrs/wk. Employee Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

Incentives offered: If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for 6 months, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $500.00. However, the referring employee and the new referred employee both must be employed by the company at the time of the bonus payment.
